On the period 01.10.2021 – 04.10.2021, in Poland, was organized the kick of meeting of the project „ICT SOS for environment”, within the Erasmus+ strategic partnership. In this period, has been organized internal meetings and a thematic workshop with the partners from Germany, Hungary, Moldova and Poland. At the workshop participated polish farmers from regions, which successfully implements waste management and eco-innovation to increase their production.
Partners of the project presented the good practices from their countries and the experience in waste management.
An important activity was the visit of the Seat of the Herbal Corner from Koryciny village, Poland. This was a good example of rural tourism and the great impact on waste management.
The third day in Poland, toghether with the project partners, visited a waste processing and disposal plant at Czerwonym Borze, near the Zambrowa in the Podlaskie Voivodeship. This was a good example of rural tourism and the great impact on waste management. The company provide a wide range of waste management services, starting from assessment and consultation, laboratory analysis and waste characterization, logistics, transportation and finally waste preparation for co-processing and recycling.
The Host of the events were the representatives of the AgriNatura Foundation from Poland, lead partner within the project „ICT SOS for environment”. The lead organization, during that period organized the internal meetings within the project, workshop and visits in the Polish regions to share the best practices in the waste management system.
From Republic of Moldova participated representatives of ProEntranse, partner organization within the project.
